LIFE ENRICHMENT COACHING ANNOUNCES MENTORSHIP Coach Linda Gaylord To Participate in College Executive Coaching Program

Life Enrichment Coaching will be participating as a mentor for the University of Tampa and its MBA program's executive coaching track. She will be working individually with MBA students an opportunity to find focus, discover opportunities for self improvement, and uncover their true passions personally and professionally.

TAMPA, FL (PRWEB) November 24, 2003 -- November 24,2003 -- PR WEB -Life Enrichment Coaching has announced that it will be participating as an executive coach mentor for MBA students and Tampa Bay executives currently enrolled at the University of Tampa (UT). The UT MBA program has added to its available educational resources access to coaching support designed to provide students a source of encouragement and focus as they work toward developing personal leadership skills and identifying areas needing improvement.

Participating coaches will work one-on-one with assigned students to help them discover solutions to their own struggles and define their professional goals and values.

Ms. Gaylord says her involvement in the new mentorship program offers her the opportunity to take her coaching services to another level. By participating in the UT MBA Mentorship Program and introducing students to the power of coaching, I feel that Im being given the opportunity to open a door to a whole new world for students, a world that offers focus, support, and personal enlightenment, all instrumental in both personal and professional success. Its very exciting to be a part of it!"

Ms. Gaylord and other participating coaches attended a UT Executive Coaching training session Saturday, November 22 to introduce themselves to the many facets of the UT MBA program and its students, as well as to discuss expectations for both mentors and students.Students who enroll in the coaching program will need to complete a personal commitment plan to identify areas of focus prior to starting the program. After 90 days, students and coaches will mutually decide if they want to continue working together or if the student should be reassigned to a different coach.

Coach Linda M. Gaylord began her coaching practice three years ago, creating Life Enrichment Coaching in September 2001. After spending over 20 years in the Information Systems field designing and developing large mainframe computer systems, she began a mission to discover a more personally satisfying career. After learning of the coaching community, she soon found what she has since proclaimed is her true passion in life: working with people to help them realize their own dreams and create a life they truly love.

Ms. Gaylord is a graduate of an accredited coach training program through Coach U and has studied psychology, relationships, and personal development for over five years. Her clients include top executives, small business owners, and professionals trying to balance both career and family. Ms. Gaylord is a Coachville Chapter Host and International Coach Federation (ICF) Chapter Host for the Tampa Bay Professional Coach Association, for which she serves as Director. Ms. Gaylord is also a member of the Northeast Tampa Women in Business organization.
