San Ramon, CA -- November 20, 2003 - Relevant Business Systems, a provider of enterprise software to premier Aerospace & Defense, Maintenance Repair & Overhaul (MRO), and Contract Manufacturing companies, today announced the appointment of Bill Nolan as Director of Major Accounts. This newly created position is designed to ensure that a single Relevant point of contact will have ongoing and deep knowledge of Relevants key customers evolving business needs.

Bill brings a wealth of software experience to the position, having represented both product and service providers throughout his career. From 1991 to 1995, Bill was Relevants Midwest Regional Sales Manager and Salesman of the Year in 1992,1993 and 1994. In 1995, Bill took an opportunity to become Partner and National Business Development Manager for Whitman-Hart, an IT consulting firm where he focused on Major Account development. While Bill was at Whitman, the company grew from approx 200 employees to over 5000.

Bill is convinced that Relevant has all the key components in place to provide solid business solutions to our customers in the Aerospace and Defense, MRO and Contract Manufacturing Sectors including twenty years of experience, great references, and large customers who continue to enable Relevant to drive product development and performance to Best Practice specifications."

Pat Garrehy, President, CEO and co-founder of Relevant Business Systems, says Bill is keenly aware of the benefits Relevant has reaped as a result of our rich history of co-development with market leaders such as Lockheed Martin."

Bill believes that many companies, coping with the deficiencies inherent in enterprise systems not specifically architected for project-oriented manufacturing, could significantly enhance their performance by integrating modules such as Relevants Illustrated Parts Breakdown, MRO or Earned Value Management.

Bills initial focus will be on getting to know his customers and on spreading the word on Relevants point solutions. Weve developed unique, powerful solutions and we can integrate into anything." Job one will be ensuring that major clients know just how easily they can incorporate something like the Illustrated Parts Breakdown module, which provides a live, computerized, interactive 'owners manual for large end items.
