D~MAC adds on Call Center Outsourcing Services handle inbound and outbound call processing

Since KnowledgeBlue's Call Center is already integrated with D~MAC's Business Applications and Fulfillment Operations, there was no need to integrate systems or processes. Inbound orders are received by the Agents and automatically routed to KnowledgeBlue's Fulfillment Center for immediate processing.
