Greenwood Village, CO December 01, 2003 -- Carol Verret Consulting and Training announces her December WebCast for Training Bytes: Skill Sets For Hunters. "Skill Sets for Hunters: "The Government Market:" Corporate Travel is down, Association attendance is spotty at best but the government continues to travel! Find out "hunter tips" for increasing your market share from state and federal government as well as government subcontractors.

Date: December 19, 2003 at 2:00pm EST

Registration information is located at www.carolverret.com/webcast_training.htm

The cost for Training Bytes is $89 per person per module and includes a complimentary subscription to ResultsWOW, a monthly email newsletter dealing with hotel sales and customer service plus email access following the presentation to the presenter and hotel sales professional, Carol Verret, to ask questions and get a personalized response.

"The hotel industry is struggling with a soft market and trying to control expenses. Often, training is among the first items to be cut. Training Bytes allows managers to provide sales training for their staff without the expense of air travel and hotel," says Verret, President of the company.

Training Bytes does not replace live seminars but it allows sales people to fill in the gaps in their skill sets and acquire new skills in specific areas. For example, when a new sales manager is hired, they usually have to wait for training until a seminar is scheduled. By choosing specific modules of Training Bytes, they can get a head start until they can attend a more intensive, live seminar.

"I often get calls and emails from new sales people wanting to know if I offer public seminars so that they can get some training. Training Bytes fills this need."

For more information, contact carol@carolveret.com and/or log onto the web site www.carolverret.com where full registration information is posted. Discounts are available for companies registering two or more participants. Registration is limited to twenty participants per webcast.

Verret, Owner of Carol Verret Consulting & Training, is a twenty-year veteran of the hotel industry. She arrived in Denver in 1984 in the midst of an economic downturn and quickly established herself as an expert in sales and marketing in hotel turn-around situations, applying her formula for REVPAR improvement.
