Clinton VS. Nationwide Mutual Insurance - Court Date Set for December 8, 2003

Clinton to finally get day in court for Mold Lawsuit filed over Two and Half years ago against Nationwide Mutual Insurance.

Chris Clinton, a national spokesperson for individuals and families living toxic mold nightmares is finally getting the day in court that he and his family have been waiting for.

The case will go to court on December 8, 2003 in the City of Philadelphia.

The Clintons filed their lawsuit against Nationwide Mutual Insurance back in November of 2001 and have had their lives physically, mentally and financially destroyed because Nationwide refused to cover damage to their Bucks County, Pennsylvania home after Tropical Storm Allison covered the area back in 2001. The damage and resulting mold has turned the lives of the Clintons into a living nightmare, only made worse by being dragged through the legal process to try and get their homeowners Insurance Company, Nationwide, to cover the damage.

The jury will decide and set my family and I free from the grips of an Insurance Conglomerate whom has destroyed our lives. It will be a great day when I can look Nationwide and their attorneys right in the eye in the court room and let the jury see how we have been treated and expose them for the injustice they have put upon my family and I," said Clinton.
