Carlsbad, CA (PRWEB) November 27, 2003 -In an agreement reached last week, the MacCase line of products for Apple iBooks and Powerbooks has been acquired from Kusuma Enterprises by new company, DesignStar, founded by the original MacCase designer, Michael Santoro.
When asked about the acquisition, Santoro replied, "This is the best thing that could have happened. We have always been a design driven brand; the products reflect that and our customers expect that. With continued innovation and expanding distribution, MacCase will continue to be the first name in Apple portable protection."
Along with new ownership, the line of designer cases has a new website, www.mac-case.com. This will be the new home of the MacCase line of computer cases and backpacks. Formerly, product information could be found only at jambags.com. Distribution and fulfillment of orders will be greatly improved by the change in ownership.
MacCase products can be found at Apple resellers throughout the USA and internationally, and may also be purchased directly from www.mac-case.com.
