Temple Hills, Maryland: - WHY? Entertainment, LLC and Judah have teamed up again to produce another hot, all female mix tape "She Flipped It" Vol. 2. Introducing 18 female artists straight from the streets of Cali to the Dirty South, from hip hop to R & B "She Flipped It" Vol. 2 covers all bases. This mix tape is hosted by Rane (95.5 WPGC FM- On-Air Personality) features exclusives from such artist like Jackie O, Shy Thoro f/Nonchalant, Gloria Velez, Lil’ Nikki and many more talented female artists. "She Flipped It" Vol. 2 is available for exclusive play to the industry as of November 11, 2003 and scheduled to hit the streets November 18, 2003.

With the guidance of WHY? Entertainment, LLC's President/CEO, Cha Ross-Estes the revolution of the all-female mix tape is a huge success. Cha states, "Being one of the few female Promoters in DC giving new artists a platform to be heard, what better tool than an all female project, to display fresh up and coming talent?"
