UCSD Sponsors Premiere of Massimei's "The Shape of Evil" immediately following special advanced screening of Universal Pictures' "Red Dragon"

SAN DIEGO, CA (PRWEB) September 16, 2002 -- MAPresents, Inc (Marc Anthony Presents) announces further details regarding the San Diego premiere of Marc Anthony Massimei's first independent feature, "The Shape of Evil".

The film's premiere is scheduled for October 1st, 2002 (Tuesday) and will be held at the Mandeville Auditorium, located on the campus of UCSD (University of California San Diego). Sponsored by the University Events Office, The Shape of Evil premiere event is scheduled to begin immediately following a special advanced screening of Universal Pictures Red Dragon. The Shape of Evil premiere begins at 8:30 P.M. and will conclude by 10:30 P.M.

Recently, Marc Anthony Massimei's award-winning, student/independent film was accepted into the New York International Independent Film & Video Festival (NYIIFV) where SOE will be making its east coast premiere at 4:00 P.M. on September 25th. The NYIIFV Festival is ranked among the most prestigious film festivals in the world. Among them are the Sundance Film Festival and the Cannes Film Festival, which Marc now has access to, courtesy of his acceptance into the NYIIFV Festival.
