Crescent City Capital Advisors, L.L.C. (CCCA) announced today that they have entered into a strategic alliance with Karasel L.P. (Karasel) related to the Crescent City Balanced Fund.

Boca Raton, FL - Crescent City Capital Advisors, L.L.C. (CCCA) announced today that they have entered into a strategic alliance with Karasel L.P. (Karasel) related to the Crescent City Balanced Fund. CCCA has selected Karasel to serve as the investment vehicle representing the majority of the arbitrage and market neutral exposure of the Crescent City Balanced Fund.

Karasel will be providing their expert asset management services at a greatly reduced fee and expense structure, while providing favorable liquidity requirements," said Seth Weinstein, CCCA portfolio manager.

Karasel has been profitable every year since inception, averaging over 12% per year. In addition, Karasel has been positive on a monthly basis over 85% of the time. Most of our assets are invested in fund managers that are closed to new investors.
