extraordinary results in the management of strategic partnerships, alliances and sales generation. A specialist in relationship building, his expertise is in strategy, negotiations, and managing solution-oriented sales organizations mainly in the high technology business to business marketplace.

Mr. Beauchamp was a key strategic pre-IPO member of VerticalNet, an ASP based solution provider, with multiple industry specific web sites designed as on line vertical trading communities, providing hosted e-commerce ands
community capabilities. As Director/General Manager of VerticalNet 's Electronics Group, Mr. Beauchamp led his team to be one of the most
financially productive groups, winning several awards for his team's contributions and his leadership in outstanding sales, performance, and
management.

Mr. Beauchamp has also invested, worked, and grown several successful startup companies from their initial concept through their successful execution, development, and positioning for merger/sale.
