You, Me, Them and Us: Working together in the social care sector.

(PRWEB) December 10, 2003 --Building on the learning from last years conference, this event will focus on highlighting good practice initiatives in equality of opportunity and access to training delivery, assessment and qualifications. This event will encourage participants to explore and evaluate their own practices alongside the various initiatives that are in operation around the country. It will emphasise the vital role of service users, carers and parents in these initiatives and it will also explore the importance of engaging with 'hard to reach and de-marginalised groups who are either working in or considering a career within the care sector.
