With two projects for National Geographic recently under his belt and upcoming shows for the History Channel and PBS, composer Gary Pozner (HBO, Court TV, Cinemax) of Whirled Music should be -- well -- whirling.
NEW YORK, NY, (PRWEB) December 11, 2003 -- With two projects for National Geographic recently under his belt and upcoming shows for the History Channel and PBS, composer Gary Pozner (HBO, Court TV, Cinemax) of Whirled Music should be -- well -- whirling.
Instead, hes busy putting the finishing touches on a brand new childrens musical for Walden Family Playhouse, based on "20,000 Leagues Under The Sea" by Jules Verne: NAUTILUS will run January 27-March 14, 2004, in Denver.
Keeping the underwater theme of NAUTILUS, the National Geographic channels Sea Spies" takes its viewers into the depths of the ocean, exploring the creatures that inhabit the vast expanse. Gary Pozners original music captures the spirit of the sea and helps to set the tone for this exciting documentary. Also on the National Geographic channel is Designer Dogs," airing December 7 with original music by Gary Pozner.
Coming up, Pozner, who composed and conducted the soundtrack for the History Channels highly-acclaimed show RUSSIA: LAND OF THE TSARS, will try to outdo himself on the History Channels next epic documentary, based on The Legends of King Arthur. With authentic medieval themes and instrumentation, the KING ARTHUR soundtrack promises to be another hit. The RUSSIA soundtrack is available on Amazon.com and several film soundtrack websites.
