THIS IS THE REFORM IN THE LEGAL SYSTEM NEEDED URGENTLY

The needed reform is based on the book "Victimization by justice" by Teddy Moore Posted on www.injustice.ws

REFORM OF THE LEGAL SYSTEM IN USA

The only way to restore justice and confidence in the legal system is to reform the system
And here are the main pillars (Ten Commandments) of the reform:

1.   Attorneys should be independent, and thus should not be subject to discipline by the judiciary, but by their peers, in the BAR ASSOCIATION. Otherwise they are unable to represent properly the interest of their clients before the judiciary.
2.   A correct statement by an attorney, which criticize a judge or the system, should not be subject to discipline, and any such discipline if conducted should be void
3.   An appellate Judge that is unable to find a wrong decision by the lower courts should be removed from office, because he obviously is unwilling or unable to perform his job.
4.   A contributor to an election campaign for a specific judge should not be allowed to appear before this judge -benefactor from obvious reasons.
5.   A Judge should have no right to sanction any attorney that appears before him but will have the right to complain to the Bar Association to deal with the issue.
6.   A judge that insult an attorney, or abuse otherwise his power against an attorney should be treated in the same way an attorney is treated if he mistreats the judiciary.
7.   A decision by a judge, which is without an opinion, should be void.
8.   An attorney should have a right to appeal a refusal by a judge to make a decision, and not only appeal a final decision. This will give judges less incentive to abuse their power and make a buck of it without any review by any court.
9.   A judge will have to make a decision to approve or disapprove a settlement in a civil case within 48 hours of submission of the settlement to the court, and if not approved should have to explain the denial in writing.
10.   Any decision by a judge should be made no later that 30 days from the date the case is ripe for adjudication. A judge that cannot make a prompt decision should be removed from office.
