Chef Cathy releases 3 generation CD
Cathy Leslie, a former gourmet chef, has spent the last three years sorting through, categorizing, and preparing a total of 2,088,044 recipes that she has inherited from family members and collected throughout the years with some dating back to the 1800s.
ATLANTA - December 12, 2004 - Cathy Leslie, a former gourmet chef, has spent the last three years sorting through, categorizing, and preparing a total of 2,088,044 recipes that she has inherited from family members and collected throughout the years with some dating back to the 1800s. The first CD is now available and contains over 35,000 recipes covering over 35 subjects.
When asked why she chose to embark on such an arduous task, Cathy replied, My mother used to spend hours with me, teaching me how to cook everything. She taught me how the different ingredients could completely change the taste of a dish. I learned a lot, but more than anything, I will always remember and cherish those moments that we spent just talking and sharing our experiences. Those times were priceless."
