Graphics Systems welcomes Jay Weigand to the technical services team in Illinois Office

Jay Weigand has joined the technical services team as an Applications Engineer, bringing with him a vast array of design engineering, CAD and PDM software experience.

Menomonee Falls, WI (PRWEB) December 12, 2003 -- Graphics Systems Corporation (GXSC), headquartered in Menomonee Falls, WI is pleased to announce that Jay Weigand has joined the technical services team as an Applications Engineer. Weigand will be responsible for training and support activities in the Oakbrook Terrace, IL office.

Jay Weigands background is a great complement to the Graphics Systems team. Weigand brings with him a vast array of design engineering, CAD and PDM software experience. He holds a Computer Integrated Manufacturing Technician Associate Degree from Moraine Park Technical College and a Management Systems -- Computer Major Bachelor of Science degree from Milwaukee School of Engineering. Upon completion of his first degree, Weigand began as a sheet metal engineer at Metalcraft of Mayville. After obtaining his second degree, he worked in systems design and development for another CAD software company, Electronic Data Systems (EDS). Before consulting in design engineering and project management, Parametric Technology Corporation (PTC) employed Weigand for four years as a Pro/E & Pro/Intralink Consultant, Education Specialist, and Application Engineer. There he taught classes, wrote training manuals, and implemented resolutions in networking, computers, and services.
