New PR Grants Available for Non-Profit Organizations; December 31 Deadline

CyberAlert, Inc. has announced new public relations grants for not-for-profit organizations. Ranging in value between $2,400 to $4,800, the grants consist of one full year of free press clipping/media monitoring service from CyberAlert. Application deadline is December 31.

Public relations grants to not-for-profit organizations are now being made in a new grant program announced by CyberAlert, Inc. (www.cyberalert.com), an online media monitoring company. Ranging in value from $2,400 to $4,800 for each grant and consisting of one full year of free press clipping service, the grants are expected to total in excess of $25,000.

A simple and secure grant application is available online at https://secure.cyberalert.com/grants.html.

All not-for-profit, educational and charitable organizations in the United States and Canada are eligible for the grants. CyberAlert is accepting grant applications until December 31 and will announce the grant recipients at the beginning of January. The free year of service will extend from January to Janaury 2005.

To our knowledge, this is the first time a media monitoring service has offered no-cost, no-strings service grants to not-for-profit organizations," said William J. Comcowich, president and CEO of CyberAlert. In this time of tight budgets for eleemosynary organizations, the new grant program is one way for CyberAlert to assist the public relations and marketing programs of not-for-profit organizations and to give back to the public relations profession that has helped our business grow and expand over the past five years."

Founded in 1999, CyberAlert is a worldwide press clipping, media monitoring and Web clipping service that monitors over 13,000+ online news media each day. CyberAlert also monitors Web message boards and UseNet news groups for consumer insight about companies, products, key issues and trends.
