IHRIM Announces 2004 Leadership Positions

The International Association for Human Resource Information Management (IHRIM) is pleased to announce the election of the following officers to the board of directors: Chairman, Nov Omana, Towers Perrin; Vice Chair, Mike Method, Methods Unlimited; Chief Financial Officer, Jacqueline Kuhn, Sears Roebuck Co.; and Secretary, Rich Berger, A.C.S. Inc.

(PRWEB) December 13, 2003 -- The International Association for Human Resource Information Management (IHRIM) is pleased to announce the election of the following officers to the board of directors: Chairman, Nov Omana, Towers Perrin; Vice Chair, Mike Method, Methods Unlimited; Chief Financial Officer, Jacqueline Kuhn, Sears Roebuck Co.; and Secretary, Rich Berger, A.C.S. Inc. Nov Omana will serve a two-year term as board chair while the other officers will each serve a one-year term.

After serving two years as board chair, Bob Loller of Phoenix Life Insurance Company, will continue to serve on the board as the past-chair, an ex-oficio position. Leaving the IHRIM board on December 31, 2003 are Al Doran, Phenix Management International and Ian Turnbull, Laird & Greer Management Consultants (past chair). IHRIM is especially grateful to Al and Ian for their years of service and hard work.

Also included in IHRIMs board leadership for 2004 are newly elected members Diane Panting, Aon Consulting, Jessa Kilgore, PDI, Inc. and Jim Pettit, an independent consultant. Continuing on the board for 2004 will be Cathy Veinbachs, Fidelity Investments and Jim Spoor, Spectrum Human Resource Systems Corp. As president and chief executive officer, Lynne Mealy will remain in her role as an ex-oficio member of the board.
