Vintage Romance Publishing Seeks Old-fashioned Romance Writers

Vingtage Romance Publishing offers its Premiere Author Writing Contest to herald the launch of its website and company on February 14, 2004.

New ebook publisher, Vintage Romance Publishing, celebrates its launch with a competition for old-fashioned romance writers with a flair for early to mid twentieth century settings. The five winners will be e-published when the company launches on February 14, 2004. The competition is open to all published and unpublished authors. Closing date for the competition is January 15, 2004.

"We're looking to welcome readers from all across the world, readers who want a different taste of romance," says editor, Dawn Whitmire. "To that end, we need writers who enjoy the earlier years when romance was just that . . . romance."

"We offer our authors more than just the opportunity to become published. We offer them an innovative approach to publishing. We will actively market and promote our authors because when they succeed, we succeed."
