Boulder, CO- Aztek Engineering's V5 protocol stack, which was first deployed while the ETSI V5 Standard was being finalized in 1995, has continued its expansion of capabilities, standards compliance, market adaptations, and proven market interoperability.
Recently added capabilities include optimizations for large-scale (more than 30k subscriber ports), fault tolerant configurations; Non-service affecting Software Upgrade, PSTN relay function for Voice Gateways supporting VoATM; and integration with cPCI products.
Standards compliance has been maintained with the addition of ETSI V5 2nd Edition compatibility: ETS 300 324-1 V2.1.1 (2000-04) and ETS 300 347-1 V2.2.2 (1999-12). The 2nd Edition conformance has been proved by the successful completion of the ETSI ATS: ETS 300 324-4 Version 04, Date 09.2000 and ETS 300 347-4 Version 05, Date 12.2000.
