Alexus extends Enterprise Talent Management suite with four new modules

Alexus unveils Candidate Prescreening, Online Application, Manager Portal, and enhanced Document Builder modules that extend the Alexus 5 enterprise Talent Management system from beginning to end.

The Alexus 5 Candidate Prescreening module improves candidate-to-position matching with automated prescreening, scoring, and ranking of candidates from the moment a candidate applies online for any position. Screening Administrators can easily create unlimited profiles with an unlimited number of questions that automatically prescreen for the essential requirements of each position. Online Application with integrated background check
The Alexus online application module puts customizable employment applications on an organization's Web site providing both applicants and recruiters with 24/7 access. Manager Portal
