Douglas R. Campbell named Director of Business Development At Worcesters ECI Biotech

Douglas R. Campbell has joined ECI Biotech, a Worcester-based company specializing in the research and development of new protein technologies

Worcester, MA (PRWEB) December 15, 2003 --Douglas R. Campbell has joined ECI Biotech, a Worcester-based company specializing in the research and development of new protein technologies. Campbell will serve as Director of Business Development. He will help establish additional strategic partners for ECIs new technologies to provide early detection of infections.

Doug Campbell is a valuable addition to our staff at ECI," said Dr. Mitchell Sanders, president of ECI Biotech. His business acumen, obtained both through Johnson and Johnson and the University of Chicago Business School, will help us reach out to new audiences and opportunities."

Campbell is a Worcester resident. Previous to ECI, he assisted Johnson and Johnsons wound care division in business development and sales. Campbell also served as an office in the Navy as a project manager in contingency construction.

He obtained a Bachelor of Science degree from WPI and an MBA from the University of Chicago. A Registered Professional Engineer, Campbell is a Keene, NH native.    He is active in the United Way.

ECI has large scale marketing opportunities within the medical, industrial and consumer product markets industries," noted Campbell. He added, I look forward to helping ECI realize this potential"
