The soldiers can send a written note to Renee at Notes the Float or whom ever they arrange to pay for the bouquet, and their name will be put on a card in their writing to attach to the balloons. I thought this was a great way to say 'I Love You on Valentines Day, while the troops are away and cant be with their loved ones on that special day," states Renee. It is very important for the ones left behind while our troops are protecting us and fighting for our freedom to know that they are not forgotten on Valentines Day. And to also let that someone special know just how much they love and miss them."

All soldiers will receive a discount for their balloon bouquet and gift boxes, and they can be shipped anywhere in the US and delivered locally in the Lincolnton, Hickory, Shelby, Morganton, Charlotte, Gastonia, Denver, Newton-Conover, Maiden, Cherryville areas of North Carolina. The discount will only be for the troops and the loved ones they are sending it to. Soldiers names and branch of service, the amount of time they have been overseas will be required to receive the discount.
