The mass media prefers to report "No News" in the legal system

(PRWEB) December 15, 2003 --The mass media in USA exposes daily miscarriages of justice by the legal system but decline to call the phenomena for what it is. The media refuse to call the legal system a system broken beyond repair by itself, and do not encourage the legislator to take a look at this abusive system to be reformed.

Everybody knows what should be done to reform the system (See: offer for reform at www.injustice.ws) but the media prefers to look the other way and support the lie that the system is not perfect" in other words, because no system is perfect, there is no need to do anything about the broken system except for trying to help very little people too late for their victimization by the judiciary

When a car is disabled or broken, nobody would think that the solution to drive on is just to find an Excellent Driver" but rather to find a mechanic to fix the car before a new driver takes on the wheel.

In the legal system the logic is different. Instead to change the rules of the corrupt game, they continue to appoint new allegedly Good Judges" who shortly upon appointment join a system that requires adaptation to corruption in order to survive.

Appellate Judges see no wrong decision by the lower courts, and yet they encourage the legislator to appoint more judges that will see no wrong.(So why appoint them at all?) Attorneys are subject to discipline by the judiciary and thus cannot confront the judges, or represent properly their Clients, for the same reason. Thus justice cannot be served or presented properly to the judiciary.

Under the current situation Judges are unsupervised by anybody have omnipotent, unsupervised power that is used and abused and eventually goes corrupt.

In such a system miscarriage of justice should be" no news" because this is what a corrupt system can provide. The mass media prefers to report the No news" and give the impression that the injustice Unveiled" is an exception and not the rule and so misinforms the public or the legislator about the situation

This serves perfectly the powerful that may buy Justice for themselves, and the rest should go to hell.

An enabled car is removed from the road without asking for proof of potential danger, Yet the standard about the broken legal system is different. The fact that the legal system is broken does not necessary require to reform the system until and unless you will show damage to the interests of the affluent (Interest of others or justice is irrelevant)

In the long run the calculations by the powerful is wrong, but in the long run who cares? In the long run everybody is dead.
