Inofin wanted Sirvisetti to suggest and implement a business automation solution to eliminate time consuming processes existing between their dealers and Inofin internal employees. Sirvisetti, designed and delivered a solution called dQuotes, The dQuotes application was crucial to Inofin as it aimed at directly enhancing the productivity and serving expanded markets. This is a follow up to a previously implemented solution, called iQuotes, for automating their internal business processes.

Sirvisetti, developed dQuotes using its Rapid Application Integration Server, AppTalk, powered by XML/Web Services technology. To address the growing market with a minimum lead time was important for Inofin to achieve further growth and compete effectively in a highly competitive market. Inofin, with their automated internal business processes, was ready to eliminate manual and time consuming processes between Inofin and its Dealers and expand its base to several other states. As a result, Sirvisetti developed a new application called dQuotes for Inofin dealers who can access the application on the internet. The application dQuotes allow dealers to automatically input the required data online 24X7X365 and process quotes directly without any internal employee interaction. Both iQuotes and dQuotes are seamlessly integrated and provide robust security.

Sirvisetti Systems has previously provided Inofin with an internal application for Loan Processors to process dealer quotes. In return Inofin was able to generate 3-4 times more business without any additional investments and resources. Sirvisetti Systems has now developed a new advanced Dealer Quotes Application wherein the dealers perform 80% of the Loan Processors quote generation process. With this new Dealer Quotes Application, we are able to expand our business to several new states within US, where we have not penetrated before.
