Fairfax County Harassment Allegations Againist Circuit Court Employee, Connie J Hawkins, Continue

Reliable sources have stated Roger Hatfield, whos relation to the alleged harasser and Fairfax County Circuit Court employee, Connie J Hawkins, is unknown has contacted DH Marks & Associates providing information and evidence that allegedly can prove Ms. Hawkins has a disturbing history of harassing behavior. On Thursday, December 11, 2003 two of the nine victims came forward with additional allegations stating Ms. Hawkins followed them in her 95 Grand Prix, vanity Virginia license plate COJEHA. Sources confirmed both incidents were captured on videotape and expected to be presented when the formal Civil Complaint is filed against Ms. Hawkins. It is believed Ms. Hawkins vanity plate is the first two letters of her first, middle, and last name. The official statement given by the victims on Friday, December 12, 2003, indicates the phone calls have lessened during Ms. Hawkins regular business hours and the alleged inappropriate emails continue to arrive from Ms. Hawkins personal AOL email account. DH Marks & Associates released this official statement, We are unusually perplexed and justifiably concerned Ms. Hawkins questionable behavior continues since she has been made aware of the serious complaints our clients recently brought forward. Ms. Hawkins actions further validate our clients allegation of her blatant disregard for other people and raises a question to her mental stability." Fairfax County Officials have not discussed this matter publicly and refused to comment. Unofficial sources at Fairfax County stated the allegations pertaining to Ms. Hawkins alleged email misuse was verified during Fairfax Countys internal investigation of Ms. Hawkins but is unclear if Ms. Hawkins received a formal reprimand for her actions.
