Seoul, South Korea (PRWEB) December 18, 2003 --Picaso Info Communication Co., Ltd now offers a DVR security monitoring system, which combines the functions of a recorder and multiplexer into one unit. With this stabilized system operation based on 15,000 DVR supplies through OEM, users can monitor banks, airports, highways, casinos, stores with the Central Monitoring System, connecting up to 100 locations and 1600 cameras.
The CQNet Series of Picaso info communication has outstanding functions based on differentiated high performance and verified stability. Supporting 480 frame realtime recording and display with an 8 channel audio central monitoring system, the CQNet Series enables simultaneous search, save and backup operations, while transmitting large-capacity video images at high speed. Recording speed per camera is adjustable (normal, motion & audio detection). Smart, panorama, multi and detail, searches, and wide backup devices (DVD, CD-RW, DAT and HDD) are all available.
The PICA Series is a standalone, real-time DVR for more diversified functions than PC-type models. It is easy to install and simple to operate with a remote control or keyboard, without the need to use a mouse or keyboard. In particular, its remote monitoring and management program (LAN, ISDN, ADSL) reinforce administrator efficiency and convenience while promoting complete operation of the device. The PICA series touts a user-friendly interface. The maximum display /recording speed is 480fps/270fps(NTSC).
'Having no tapes to maintain, replace, or rewind means that this recorder can be set up once and virtually forgotten about until and unless a review of the video becomes necessary. It also dramatically reduces the down time for maintenance or repair that is generally associated with VCRs,' said Joony Shin, sales manager of the company.
With its technological capacity widely acknowledged overseas, more than 80% of the companys products are shipped abroad : the companys sales in 2001 was US$10.3 million (including $8.8 million in export) and in 2002, $15.8 million ($14.0 million in shipment). The high-quality DVRs are exported to over 20 countries worldwide, including the US and Canada. This years aim is to expand into the Japanese market and focus more on design.
In 2001, the company obtained FCC, UL and CE certifications. The company was awarded Order of Industrial Service Merit(Tin Tower) by the government and listed at Kosdaq in 2003.
