MC Strategies and MedAssets HSCA Sign Agreement to Provide Improved Training and Save Money for Member Clients

MC Strategies, Inc. and MedAssets HSCA have signed an agreement to provide MedAssets HSCAs member facilities with online management training solutions. The WebInservice® e-learning courses will be delivered by MC Strategies Knowledge Deployment System® (KDS), the most comprehensive learning management system in the healthcare industry.

Atlanta, GA, (PRWEB) December 18, 2003 --MC Strategies, Inc. and MedAssets HSCA have signed an agreement to provide MedAssets HSCAs member facilities with online management training solutions. The WebInservice® e-learning courses will be delivered by MC Strategies Knowledge Deployment System® (KDS), the most comprehensive learning management system in the healthcare industry.

MedAssets HSCA is the third largest group purchasing organization in the country, serving more than 17,000 healthcare providers nationwide with over $7 billion in gross purchasing throughput. The supply chain and contract services company focuses on maximizing the financial performance of healthcare institutions.

This partnership will allow MedAssets HSCA to meet the unique training requirements of its surgery and ambulatory based members. Under the agreement, MedAssets HSCA members will be able to roll out their own strategic training initiatives that will enhance their employees professional growth and help them retain and recruit employees.

True to MedAssets HSCAs ongoing mission, the Internet-based WebInservice courseware, delivered by the Knowledge Deployment System, will reduce the cost of staff training for MedAssets HSCAs clients. It will also improve the revenue cycle process by better educating staff members and providing compliance and competency assessments. Additionally, MedAssets HSCA clients will have access to the training content of other MC Strategies partners, such as AHIMA, HFMA AHA and HIMSS.
