Following the CMJ conference in New York, the label signed up compilation "Taster.....Sounds From The Funky Underground Volume 2", single artist album "Brave" from The Bluefoot Project and the new, hotly tipped "Maui" CD from funky 6-piece Kava Kava. The label hopes to have more products available at CD Baby very soon.

Chocolate Fireguard is also excited to announce the license of The Bluefoot Project's "Brave" and Kava Kava's "Maui" to legendary Russian record label Soyuz for the territories of Russia and Commonwealth of Independent States countries.

More news... recently in Los Angeles, The Bluefoot Project were the 5th most requested on KCRW and the album was chosen as one of only 4 imports in "Best Of British" by the British Phonographic Industry and Virgin Megastores. New signing French hip hop act Ça (la cedille!) are in the studio recording their debut album for release in 2004.
