(dba Supply and Service), provider of facility operations technology, announced today that Bechtel SAIC Company, LLC selected Supply and Services softWrench, web based work order management system, MAXIMO®, the leading CMMS System, and Mobile Suite, work management for technicians in the field. • Build a Facilities Intranet site with softWrench, web based Maintenance Management system for Facility Requests and Preventative Maintenance tasks.
• Visually display all floor plans, personnel and assets for web access by authorized users.
• Display portfolio floor plans depicting departmental assignments/usage of space/occupancy.
• Automated the move, add and exit personnel and asset requests via the softWrench interface.
• Generate critical Facilities Reports and Rentable Square Footage (RSF) calculations and departmental allocations.
• Track customer satisfaction.
