BRIAN GREEN, MICHAEL GULL TO LAUNCH "RENEGADE COMEDY TOUR"

The Renegade Comedy Tour, featuring stand up comics Brian Green and Michael Gull, will launch in Milwaukee in January, 2004.

(PRWEB) December 24, 2003 --Taking an innovative approach to stand up comedy, Brian Green and Michael Gull have decided to launch The Renegade Comedy Tour in January, 2004. The concept behind the tour is simple. Take two of the Midwest's best stand up comics, put them together, and book them in live music venues and theaters, instead of comedy clubs. "We're looking at making this an event, rather than just a nice night at a club", says Gull, "the approach is more like a touring band than anything else."

Brian Green is a seasoned veteran with more than 15 years comedy experience. He has worked clubs all over the U.S. and is a longtime member of the ComedySportz improv troupe in Milwaukee. Michael Gull began in standup less than three years ago. "I think our styles compliment each other beautifully", said Gull. "The audiences are in for an unforgettable show."

The Renegade Comedy Tour is actively seeking corporate sponsors for the tour, which will go from January till May, 2004, and hit Wisconsin, Illinois, Indiana, Ohio, Kentucky, Tennessee, Alabama, Georgia, Florida and Texas.
