A proposal to the People of Seattle, Washington, the leadership of the City of Seattle, and to the Legislative Delegation of the State of Washington
Please accept this proposal for the construction of The Interstate Traveler Transit Rail System for the City of Seattle and surrounding communities.
Objective: To provide the most efficient and cost effective public/private transit system that will serve the largest amount of people with the most advanced technology for the least cost, the highest efficiency, without construction cost to the taxpayers.
Proposal: The Interstate Traveler Company offers to install 100 miles of Interstate Traveler Rail (ITC Rail) in the greater Seattle metropolitan area following existing mass transit right of ways such as Interstate, State and arterials highways to have minimal impact on private property, and maximum accessibility to the greatest number of citizens in the metro area. The costs will be paid for entirely by the Interstate Traveler Company, allowing for expansion of the system at your request at an estimated rate of $6 million per mile. By this proposal we seek to build 100 miles of ITC Rail providing 200 Mass Transit cars and 200 Automobile Transport cars served by 4 Grand Terminal Stations, 20 Traveler Stations and 20 Car Transport Ramps, to be located within the existing public right of way or adjacent to it. This proposal does not including the cost of private land if required or requested by you to be integrated.
Abilities: Highly efficient magnetic levitation and propulsion for publicly and privately owned cars to serve both mass transit and personal rapid transit needs, solar powered hydrogen production (electrolysis) and distribution, hydrogen storage (stored energy), water production (H2 PEM) and distribution, electricity production (H2 PEM) and distribution, liquid waste conduit, fiberoptic communications, and redundant conduit for distribution of other liquid and vapor based fuels and products, self assembly using equipment that rides the rail itself to install the system faster than any transit system in the world without the need for heavy equipment on the ground. Near zero impact on local ecology, environmentally perfect requiring no fossil fuels therefore creating no emissions, and made from high-grade stainless steel to insure decades, if not centuries, of functional life without structural failure.
