…. personalised marketing materials at the click of a mouse"
London, 11 February 2003 - Documedia Solutions, the UK digital print technology specialist, will prove how users of its DocuMarketing online multi-media system can save money and time when generating personalised marketing materials at TfM in February.
What took two to four weeks to produce personalised marketing messages can now be done in six minutes with DocuMarketing. One early adopter slashed its poster-production costs by 40% in a DocuMarketing pilot. Another has turned the delivery of 2,700 personalised pieces of marketing materials for its resellers into a one-click procedure.
Mark OConnor, managing director of Documedia, says: The marketing world has been crying out for a solution like DocuMarketing. We have brought our knowledge of the Internet, document management and print production together to launch DocuMarketing.
Early adopters are already reaping benefits. The Hungry Horse" chain of pubs slashed the costs of A2 poster production for a Christmas promotion. Signet Armorlite, the maker of Kodak spectacle lenses, now dynamically creates A1 and A2 posters, PDF files or any number of personalised brochures for 150 opticians with a single mouse click," he says.
David Scott, Hungry Horse brand manager, says: DocuMarketing allows me to control the brand across 130 outlets in the Hungry Horse chain while local managers adapt the brand to meet local requirements."
DocuMarketing allows users to perform four essential steps to generate personalised marketing material:
• create and edit material online;
• manage content including logos, photography and campaign information;
• proof marketing materials online; and
• deliver marketing materials from standard templates on demand.
The average 12-month licence fee for DocuMarketing is 20,000; the actual price depends on individual customer requirements. Documedia will demonstrate DocuMarketing on stand B97 at the TfM exhibition on 11-12 February 2003, at Olympia, London. See more details of the exhibition at www.t-f-m.co.uk.
