F8 Entertainment Software enters into agreement to acquire psychostats software, web presence, and intellectual property. Jason Morriss to join F8 development team.

(Denver, Co. – Insert Date. F8 Entertainment Software, Inc. announced today that it intends on adding the psychostats" gaming statistics technology to its highly anticipated online gaming platform which has yet to be released. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Jason Morriss, the creator of psychostats will join F8 as its Chief Technology Officer.
