National Radio Talk Show, "GREATNESS BY DESIGN with Blanche Williams" is the newest voice in the weekday lineup for THE POWER Channel-169, the only African American Talk Channel on the revolutionary XM Satellite Radio. Blanche shines the spotlight on the extraordinary lives of African-American women of greatness. They are women from all ages, stages and walks of life sharing their road to greatness. Scheduled guests include Ida E. Lewis, Terrie M.
