Living Rent-Free as an Apartment Manager is an Excellent Way to Survive and Even Flourish in Todays Unstable Economy
Los Angeles – Feb. 2003 - www.liverentfree.org announces immediate availability of their free basic training program, teaching anyone how to live rent-free as an apartment manager. This website provides a great community service because the largest part of many peoples income is paid to rent. Anyone can immediately access the free basic training directly from the website. It is a lively, entertaining, and informative audio lesson that will provide you with a basic overview of the requirements of the job.
Marguerite Cravatt, owner and founder, has lived rent-free for over 12 years and recognized that many others could benefit the way she has, especially in todays unstable economy with more and more employee cutbacks and lay-offs day after day. In addition to her website, Marguerite gives live lectures teaching an introductory workshop, How to Live Rent-Free as an Apartment Manager, at various community colleges throughout Los Angeles, and offers her services, for free, to any nonprofit organization that caters to the needs of the underprivileged.
Most apartment manager training programs start at $500.00 and go up; whereas, the liverentfree.org website offers the basic training for free and an advanced, comprehensive seven hour training program for less than twenty dollars. The first part of the training discusses the requirements of the job, and the second part teaches how to transfer" skills you have into the job you need.
Marguerite is acutely aware of the alarming rate of rental increases and the necessity for those with modest incomes to lighten their financial load. Living rent-free is an alternative to the high cost of rent. Managers can work part-time, computer skills are often not required, maintenance skills are a plus but not always necessary, and employers are searching for singles, couples, and seniors. Not only can mangers live rent-free month after month, but they can also receive good salaries, commissions, bonuses, free utilities, free cable, and so much more.

Living Rent-Free as an Apartment Manager - Continued
When asked about her reason for training others, Marguerite stated, If it werent for living rent-free as an apartment manager, I would have never been able to complete my masters degree and start my career as an English teacher. I still manage even with my job as a teacher. I want to share my knowledge and information with others so that they can benefit the way that I have."
Melanie and Shane Pace were struggling newlyweds forced to live with relatives while attending college. When asked about the training, Melanie stated, After listening to the tapes, I didnt have any questions. I knew exactly what to do and what to say to the employer. I guess I did and said the right thing because Shane and I are living rent-free in a beautiful building and earning a good salary. To finally have our own place, well, its like being on our honeymoon."
Senior citizen Claudette Jones searched endlessly for an affordable training class and finally found Marguerites class at West Los Angeles College in Culver City, CA. Within days after taking the training, Claudette landed her first job managing a 92 unit senior complex.
