Integrated workflow and new user interface simplify hiring for HR departments

Interface and workflow improvements in Alexus 5 are designed to make a wide range of recruiting tasks easy to access and perform. The new Requisition Builder quickly steps users through the process of building a requisition and reduces data entry by automatically populating data fields based on job codes and user selections. The new Recruiter Pipeline provides a quick summary of where candidates are in the hiring process and allows recruiters to easily work with groups or individual candidates. Integrated workflow automatically moves candidates through the pipeline. For example, when a recruiter forwards a résumé, the candidate is automatically added to the requisition folder and moved from the résumé pool into the résumé sent stage of the pipeline. Managers receive the forwarded résumé through an email with links to view candidate information and complete a feedback form. The user interface for hiring managers is streamlined and intuitive, prompting them for feedback on candidates and helping to gather information and close the hiring loop.
