ALPHARETTA, GEORGIA, March 2003 - Regency Hospital Company is pleased to announce the appointment of Bob Notarianni as Chief Executive Officer for Regency Hospital of Akron. Mr. Notarianni is a great asset to the Regency Hospital team. His long healthcare experience coupled with his outstanding insight and leadership proves to be a great fit as the leader of this outstanding healthcare facility," stated Rod Laughlin, President and CEO of Regency Hospital Company.

Prior to joining the Regency Hospital team, Mr. Notarianni was the Chief Executive Officer of the Big Horn Hospital Association in Hardin, Montana. He also served as CEO for Specialty Hospital of New Orleans and Vice President of Operations for Healthcare Plus Financial in San Rafael, California. Mr. Notarianni has a strong background in Hospital Operations as well as Physician recruitment. He has served as Hospital Administrator for many investor-owned and not-for-profit acute care hospitals throughout the United States.

Mr. Notarianni experience in the healthcare industry is of great value to the Regency team. His focus and experience centers on producing a high quality clinical program. My goal is to continue to provide outstanding clinical care and good customer service to our patients. Bob Notarianni received his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Miami University and his Master of Business Administration in Hospital Administration from Xavier University in Cincinnati, Ohio. He has served on many Healthcare Associations on both the national and state level and is a Diplomate of the American College of Healthcare Executives.
