About Fill-a-Pix Puzzles
Fill-a-Pix are mentally stimulating, language-independent logic puzzles that form pixel-composed pictures when solved.
Fill-a-Pix puzzles are based on a grid with number-clues scattered inside while each number shows how many of the nine squares - the one with the number plus the eight around it - should be filled in. Using logic, the solver determines which squares are filled in and which should remain empty until the hidden picture is completely exposed.
The original concept, which led to Fill-a-Pix puzzles was invented in the UK almost 20 years ago by Trevor Truran, an avid puzzler and the editor of Puzzler Medias Tsunami magazine. Conceptis recognized the potential of this puzzle concept and developed it into a mainstream game.
