ACT! CONSULTANT TO APPEAR AT APRIL MEETING OF THE BOCA REAL ESTATE INVESTMENT CLUB

Author of ACT! 6 for Dummies will show the importance of CRM Software for real estate investors

Boca Raton, FL…Karen Fredricks, President of Tech Benders, LLC, will be appearing before the Boca Real Estate Investment Club on Thursday, April 10 at the Deerfield Beach Hilton. She will be making a presentation on the ACT! contact relationship management software. The meeting will begin at 7:30 pm.

Tech Benders provides a variety of services to businesses of all types and sizes, including needs analyses to determine hardware and software requirements, installation of selected software packages, troubleshooting, software customization, and training. The Boca Real Estate Investment Club assists its members in achieving their real estate investment goals by providing education, motivation and the opportunity to meet with others with similar interests and experiences.

According to Fredricks, I am particularly excited to be speaking in front of the 200 members of the Boca Real Estate Investment Club. Their membership is comprised of individuals who understand the importance of having good sales and marketing skills. The ACT! software provides them with an inexpensive and easy tool to automate their marketing efforts and track their leads and ultimately their sales. Using ACT!, they will be able to operate more efficiently, and therefore, more profitably."

Fredricks has over 20 years of computer consulting and training experience in South Florida, during which time she has acquired in-depth expertise in the operational requirements of a broad spectrum of businesses. She is the former Director of Technology for Goldstein Lewin & Co., Certified Public Accountants and Consultants in Boca Raton. She is the author of ACT! 6 for Dummies. An ACT! Certified Consultant and an ACT! Premier Trainer, Fredricks was host of the Fort Lauderdale stop of the national launch of ACT! 6.0, which took place in August 2002 and attracted over 450 attendees.

Fredricks is also a QuickBooks Pro Certified Advisor, Microsoft Office User Specialist and author of copyrighted training materials for business users of QuickBooks, Microsoft Office, WordPerfect, Basic Windows and the Internet.
