Los Angeles, CA - Savor the delights of Easter this year at Le Festival Restaurant in Le Meridien at Beverly Hills. A lavish Easter Brunch will be offered on Sunday, April 20, 2003 from 11am ? 3pm. Le Festival, the four-star hotel?s signature restaurant, will be presenting a special Easter Brunch menu including an ice fish bar, carving stations and a decadent dessert station.
An extensive brunch buffet menu will be offered with a variety of Easter tastes to satisfy spring appetites. Start with a selection of delicious seasonal salads including organic mixed baby greens, Caesar salad, seafood salad and fresh bean salad, then select from such offerings as eggplant tomato mozzarella napoleon, roasted red, yellow pepper, Thai beef salad and roasted mushroom and chicken salad.
Entrée selections include grilled striped bass, B.B.Q. baby back ribs, root vegetable rice pilaf, Seafood Newburg (bay shrimp, bay scallops), and rotisserie chicken with spinach and mushroom sauce. Visit the fish and seafood ice bar featuring selections including: oyster in half shell, shrimps with cocktail sauce, crab claws and king crab legs, as well as smoked salmon with traditional garnishes.
Egg lovers will find a variety of delicious options including eggs benedict, bacon and chicken apple sausage, breakfast potatoes or omelets made to order.

At the carving station enjoy such selections as slow roasted prime rib a jus, Indian spice smoked salmon and leg of lamb.
To make your Easter complete, top it all off with a heavenly treat from the dessert station featuring mocha cake, assorted mixed dried fruit cake, mini french pastries, assorted fruit tarts, and Crème Brulee.
The brunch is $45 per person, $24.50 for children under 12, and tots under 4 are complimentary. A character bunny will entertain children with special surprises.
