Zontik Names Donald L. Wilber Corporate Counsel

Zontik has named Donald L. Wilber as its new corporate counsel.

Colfax, IL, April 4, 2003 -- Zontik has named Donald L. Wilber as its new corporate counsel.

Mr. Wilber will work on strategic projects. He will be responsible for ensuring Zontik is in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. Among his other duties, he will review and monitor corporate policies and compliance programs.

He is the senior partner and founder of the Wilber Law firm, P.C. He and his wife Mary live in Bloomington, Illinois.
