South Korea's Hanjin Information Systems & Telecommunication Co. Forms First American Partnership with Adhaero Technologies

Adhaero Technologies, an Information Rights Management (IRM) and security software developer and Hanjin Information Systems & Telecommunication Co., Ltd. (HIST), a top South Korean information systems and telecommunications company, today announced a strategic partnership. The new joint venture will bring powerful and trusted security solutions to South Korea and the entire Asian marketplace.

Seoul and Boca Raton, FL- April 7, 2003- Adhaero Technologies, an Information Rights Management (IRM) and security software developer and Hanjin Information Systems & Telecommunication Co., Ltd. (HIST), a top South Korean information systems and telecommunications company, today announced a strategic partnership. The new joint venture will bring powerful and trusted security solutions to South Korea and the entire Asian marketplace.

The alliance was formed as part of Adhaero's globalization process and HIST's desire to bring the latest in security technology to Asia. As a result of the partnership, HIST will provide development and distribution resources, as well as sales and local support for Adhaero's next generation protection products. The agreement also states that Adhaero will translate their software for native Asian language users and HIST will install Adhaero security software into its smaller group companies, which includes Korean Air Lines (KAL), one of the most respected international carriers.

Korean Air Lines will use two of their Information Rights Management products, Adhaero Doc and Adhaero Desk, to standardize and secure their corporate desktops, as well as to safeguard digital assets and easily control their documents and e-mails post-delivery, for use only by authenticated and intended recipients, regardless of location.
