Central, Web-enabled Data Repository Improves Accuracy and Resolves Circuit Conflicts

Prior to the NetCracker implementation, Telepak Networks technicians were dependent on separate, unlinked spreadsheets, sometimes containing conflicting data.

Now, NetCracker Inventory Management gives technicians the freedom to access accurate, detailed information on Telepak Networks circuits from anywhere and at any time. For trouble ticketing, technicians can pull up the web-based, central data repository to rapidly identify and isolate the affected circuit path, determine which vendors and customers are tied to the circuit, capture parameters specific to each vendor and resolve the conflict immediately. The result is that Telepak technicians have fewer issues due to the validity and consistency of data. And when issues do arise they can respond 30 percent faster and automatically update and maintain accurate records for billing.
