CRITICALL MAKES NEW SENIOR APPOINTMENTS
Skelton, Brigham and Redmond join from Energis, ICI and C&W
Andrew Powell, CEO of Criticall Limited, the leading provider of intelligent event notification solutions, has announced the appointments of three additional members to the senior management team. These appointments follow the companys announcement in January 2003 of an acquisition agreement with Outcomz, the business transformation consultancy. Outcomz is injecting significant additional resources and capital in support of the rapid growth plan being pursued by Criticall.
John Skelton joins Criticall as Sales Director. With a telecoms career background, Skelton was Sales Director of Energis, managing a sales force of over 200 people. Previously he was the companys ISP Business Unit Director, managing a business of over 200 million.
Paul Brigham enjoyed a long career at ICI where he was MD of a retail division and, finally, Marketing & Strategic Planning Director. He joins Criticall as Business Development Director.
Chris Redmond has a strong project management background with Cable & Wireless and Teneo and joins as Technical Operations Director.
Andrew Powell, CEO of Criticall, commented:
John, Paul and Chris have important roles to play in our ambitious growth plan for the company. Their big company experience will help transition Criticall to a major international player in its markets and achieve 3-fold growth year-on-year."
John Skelton said:
The Criticall opportunity is genuinely a huge one. The company already has an excellent blue-chip customer base and its next generation intelligent event notification architecture makes it best placed to meet the needs of companies and government who are increasingly focusing on business continuity and emergency planning in 2003. I am looking forward to matching this opportunity with the construction of an ambitious, yet achievable, sales plan and strategy which will see dramatic expansion both in existing and new marketplaces."
Criticall also announced the appointments of Grant Reynolds who joins the sales team and Chris Beaumont as Technical Support Manager.
