Two ME Productions Employees Finalists for 2003 Spotlight Awards

Two members of ME Productions' staff are finalists for Event Solutions Magazine's 2003 Spotlight Award. Fe Domenech, Senior Executive Sales Consultant, has been named a finalist in the category of Event Planner of the Year. Ira Steiman, Director of Floral Design, has been named a finalist in the category of Designer of the Year.

Fe Domenech, Senior Executive Sales Consultant, has been named a finalist in the category of Event Planner of the Year. Ira Steiman, Director of Floral Design, has been named a finalist in the category of Designer of the Year.

"This recognition is a great honor," says Domenech, who has created critically acclaimed major productions for a blue-chip client list that includes Microsoft, Campbell's Soup, Lucent Technologies, Hilton Hotels, BMG Music, Pepsi, and Sony. Her success secret? "I'm old school," says Fe about her formula for success. "Creating events starts and ends with respecting my clients, and living up to my responsibilities. Ira Steiman has been named Finalist in the category of Designer of the Year. His innovative designs are used to create one of-a-kind events for weddings, celebrations, and corporate events. Steiman uses even the mundane as muses for his creations: "My design inspiration comes from all aspects of life, I try to remain alert to my surroundings and listen to those things and individuals around me…from these elements, my designs are born." Most recently, Steiman's designs also placed first in Special Events Magazine's Tabletop Decor Competition held January 2003 in Orlando, FL.

The finalists in all categories were featured in the June 2003 issue of Event Solutions magazine, where readers determined the ultimate winner of each category by fax, e-mail or post mail ballots.

The Award winners will be announced at the Spotlight Awards Dinner on August 26. This year's Expo will be in San Diego, CA , August 23-26.
