TransMagic Announces New Resellers to Expand North American, European and South African Markets

WESTMINSTER, CO, April 16, 2003 — TransMagic, makers of stand-alone 3D CAD translation software products, announced today that it has added several new resellers to its growing list of channel partners. Atrium Solutions of London, JCS Company in Michigan, SalSys of South Africa, Secant Technology in Arkansas, ProNor AS in Norway and the Swedish company EMCAD have joined TransMagics reseller network.

Atrium Solutions, based in London, provides a broad array of engineering services to a wide variety of automotive industry clients. Atrium Solutions is a new Master Reseller of TransMagic products in Europe and recently represented TransMagic at CEBIT in Hanover, Germany.

JCS Company is a CAD/CAM implementation company that has been serving manufacturing companies in southeastern Michigan for over 10 years. TransMagic provides a value-packed translation product combined with a host of effective model repair tools. We see a huge potential for TransMagic in the automotive sector here in Michigan," said Jeffery Opel, founder of JCS. ProNor AS, a SolidWorks reseller in Norway has successfully introduced TransMagic to its clients, including North Sea oilrig equipment designers. SalSys, a software distributor in Brackenfell, South Africa, focuses on serving engineering companies. Secant Technology markets SolidWorks and related design products to manufacturers and design engineers in Arkansas. EMCAD is a software distributor based in Sweden.
