Red Jacket Selected For New Centurys Peoples Choice Festival

New York, NY (April 21, 2003)-Red Jacket, the New York City based alt-rock band, has been selected to perform at New Centurys Peoples Choice Festival on Saturday, May 3rd at 9 PM. The band was voted Best New Alternative Rock Band" by voters on the New Century website (www.new-century-productions.com). The festival is taking place at the C-Note in New York City and runs from May 2nd to May 12th.

Red Jackets music is a montage of guitar power rock infused with a sonic sensibility. The songs are confessional, cryptic, and heart felt. Red Jacket is composing, structuring, coloring, and arranging music, putting something supernatural together" (Indie-Music.com).
