nSight, Inc., a leading print and interactive communications firm, announced today that founder Nancy (Nan) J. Fritz of Newton, MA has been named Chairperson of the company.

BURLINGTON, MA-April 07, 2003-nSight, Inc., a leading print and interactive communications firm, announced today that founder Nancy (Nan) J. Fritz of Newton, MA has been named Chairperson of the company.

In her new position, she will oversee high-level corporate strategies and global partnerships for nSight. Thomas E. LeBlanc, who has served as Executive Vice President/Chief Operating Officer at nSight, was promoted to President and CEO and will oversee all of nSight's operations.

"This change frees me up to focus on those areas that are of special interest to me at this time," Fritz said. "We are already beginning to benefit from the tremendous potential that global partnerships can provide to nSight. By focusing on these areas, I will be better able to ensure that we take maximum advantage of these opportunities."

Fritz founded nSight in 1982 as Editorial Services of New England (ESNE). She began her communications career at the U.S. Department of State in Washington, D.C., and has held positions at the University of Southern California, UCLA Press, and Castle Press of Pasadena. For several years she was chair and co-chair of the Endowment Fund of Bookbuilders, a trade organization for the publishing industry.

Members of the Society for Technical Communication (STC) recently elected Fritz to the worldwide association's nominating committee. She is an associate fellow of the Boston Chapter and recently served as its president. She received the Distinguished Chapter Service Award in 2000.

A graduate of the Radcliffe Publishing Procedures Program, Fritz also earned a master's degree in political science and international relations from the University of Connecticut and a bachelor's degree in international relations from the School of International Service, American University.
