BPR also strives to provide a free, unbiased, current, dynamic, single, continuously available source for important, usable summary news information, facts, trends, analyses and comparisons, to help prudent, reasonable people to efficiently gain knowledge, perspective and a big picture view.

The BPR way: What we do differently:
1. We are free. No charge in terms of money or your time (no advertising to watch or endure). We are funded strictly by independent donations. We are unbiased. We do not have any dependency on sales or advertising.
2. We focus solely on the big picture, important information. No news-noise", talking heads, bleach blonde anchors, local items, sensational incidents, etc. We filter out the sheer volume of unimportant information, for you.
3. We are apolitical. We do not accept data from paid, or other wise potentially biased sources. Our sources are published.
4. Our information is as current as possible and updated. We add data and information, as it becomes available.
5. Our information can be referred to at the convenience of the user. Not TV or radio broadcast or publication schedules.
6. We are accessible to as large an audience as possible, distributing information through the internet, at no charge.
7. Our target audience is the prudent, reasonable person, open to knowledge and facts. We do not expect to gain an audience in the opinionated, manipulative, those looking for entertainment or the closed-minded. We are not a forum for opinions or agendas.
8. We are unconcerned with popularity or mainstream acceptance. We seek the truth and facts.

BPR considers the following irrelevant and does not cover: Sports, fashion, entertainment, celebrities, fads, gossip, speculation, opinion, weather (daily), sensationalism, shock- news, local interest stories, personalities, politics, religion, self-interest, sales efforts or advertising. We do not stage quarrels and present opposing views to create staged confrontation.

We strive to present reputable facts that can be relied upon. Therefore, it is our strict policy not to use data from any potentially biased sources, such as: paid consultants, lobbyists, spin doctors, political parties, or other such organizations that may have a bias.

BPR believes that facts and information are powerful. We believe that a tremendous amount of valuable information is already available, yet not effectively distributed or easily accessible. We are looking to make it easier for reasonable people to find important information, in an easily accessible, usable, time efficient and always available manner. The number of lives lost or affected worldwide, due to ignorance of facts and information that are already known, can only be imagined.

Like the absence of information, we believe an overload of information equally detracts from learning and understanding of important, big picture knowledge. Overload takes the form of sheer volume, individual incidents, popular topics, biased commercial saturation, entertainment items, gossip, media news-noise", opinions, biases, speculation, self interest, sales –based, political based information.

We believe that a great advancement in humankinds perspective and quality of life can be achieved through the widespread availability of known important facts and information. The largest improvements in general health, safety, war avoidance, reductions in repression and misplaced dissatisfaction and unrest will come from a focus on key, available information, not from the next technological discovery, or biased sources.

Our idealistic hope is to make some positive difference by improving the accessibility of important knowledge and information, and that we can provide the distribution of large scale, useful, information to individuals all over the world. Reasonable individuals will achieve a greater understanding of important facts and knowledge, at their own convenience. And then, reasonable people will use this information and knowledge to make more informed decisions, avoid repeating mistakes made by others, avoid errors of ignorance, and learn from past experience.

A large portion of the information people are confronted with currently comes from the media, commercials or politicians. All of these sources may have underlying conflicts of interest which can compromise understanding the important facts and information.

Newscasts, newspapers, magazines and books are static snapshots of information that fade away once announced or printed. What useful information that is reported evaporates over the airwaves or is replaced by the next edition of magazine or newspaper, making it all but impossible for the user to maintain a usable record or source, of these reports.
