Free Newsletter Celebrating One Year of Helping the Developer and User Community
AppTrix newsletter retains its focus of distributing expert Microsoft Access and Microsoft Excel tricks and techniques to a wide demographic of users and developers from countries across the world.
Marlton, New Jersey (PR WEB) April 28, 2003 — The AppTrix Newsletter, focused on assisting novices and experts in Microsoft Access and Microsoft Excel has reached its one year birthday. Written and published monthly by Davidbase owner David Badurina, the newsletter retains its focus of distributing expert tricks and techniques to a wide demographic of users and developers from countries across the world.
"I created the AppTrix Newsletter in order to help fellow users and developers by distributing some obscure and unique work-arounds to common problems that they would experience in using these applications every day," explains owner, David Badurina. Each issue of AppTrix generally covers one topic in-depth with example screenshots in order to help communicate a topic quickly and thoroughly.
To tackle the task of distributing information in a way that over a thousand subscribers worldwide can view it without any formatting problems, AppTrix is published solely in Adobe Acrobat format. Keeping each issue in this format also makes it easy for AppTrix subscribers to archive their issues locally for later reference.
Ruhi Kulez, a dentist from Turkey, uses AppTrix to help with his custom developed programs for his dental practice. It is very simple and explains the topic very briefly," explains Ruhi. The dynamic chart was my goal but up to this time I couldn't accomplish it, by following your excellent article I did it. Thanks a lot."
Graeme McGregor, an AppTrix subscriber from the U.K. explains how the presentation of AppTrix makes a huge difference, It is clear that a lot of work has gone into it and it is not just a couple of tips typed into an email."
There are many more tips and tricks in store for AppTrix subscribers in the coming year. A renewed focus on fundamental database design along with deeper coverage of Visual Basic for Applications highlights the direction this free resource is headed for. Davidbase also has plans to include tips expanding into other applications including web-based MySQL databases and solid techniques for PHP.
